Treatment Philosophy
Non-Routine Opioid Prescribing: I understand that VITAL Spine & Pain Specialists does not routinely prescribe opioid (narcotic) medications as the primary or long-term treatment for chronic pain. The practice philosophy is centered on restoring function, improving quality of life, and reducing reliance on medication. We offer many non-opioid innovative, cutting-edge as well as holistic treatments.
Focus on Alternatives: Treatment will primarily focus on non-pharmacological, interventional, and rehabilitative strategies, including, but not limited to, procedures (e.g., injections, nerve blocks), physical rehab, and non-opioid medications.
